Scholarship On-Line Application

Program Guidelines & Priorities:  

* Seeking graduating seniors with a record of volunteerism in the community in either non-school sponsored activities and/or participation in extracurricular school activities. 

* Applicants must plan to attend an accredited two (2)-year community college or four (4)-year accredited college or university or similar accredited trade-school program.

* Scholarship funds will be paid during the month of Augustdirectly to the college. In some circumstances, payments may be sent to the awarded student who acknowledges that the funds received will be applied for educational purposes only. The scholarship funds will be issued only upon receiving a certificate of enrollment for the fall semester, which includes the Student ID number and Financial Aid Office address.

* Applicants acknowledge that Rod’s Project will verify all information on the application with the graduating high school. This may include the sharing of school transcript and other pertinent information.

* Applications must be received by Rod’s Project no later than May 15.  Late applications will not be accepted. 

The applications will be reviewed and recipients selected by the Rod’s Project Scholarship Committee.  The scholarships will be awarded via postal mail.
