Risk Assumption: I understand that participating in a 5K run is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, traffic, and the conditions of the road.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Rod’s Project, LLC, its directors, officers, volunteers, and sponsors, for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event.

Medical Treatment: I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.

Publicity Release: I grant permission to Rod’s Project, LLC to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

Pet Participation:Rod's Project recognizes that participants may want enjoy time with their pet for this activity. All pets must be non-aggressive and leashed at all times. Muzzles are not required but are encouraged. I recognize that I am responsible for any injuries my pet may inflict or incur.
